North American Tag-O-Rama!

Well. I'll be up that way come August. I'll get it then.

I talked to H2O Rider yesterday evening. He said he's tried to post pics a couple times. Don't know what the problem is. He's supposed to send me copies of the pics but haven't seen'em yet.

Just for reference, he sez the egg is up a dirt road in central TN. More to come...

Until those pics are posted, the Moonshine Store is still the Tag. I'll be there in July, so...

RDV is next week. Pics would help a lot. Or just PM me the location.

Until someone rides to Moonshine and verifies Cosmo is gone and posts the Bruce shot then the tag is still at Moonshine, right?


#4 Tag mascot (i.e. blockhead, chicken, etc.) is required to clame the tag. Please post your "bruced" pictures even if the tag mascot has already been taken. Tag claims must be posted within 12 hours of the 1st "bruced" photo. In the even no official tag claim is made within 12 hours, the person with the 1st "bruced" photo gets the tag and the honor of choosing the next Tag mascot. (does that make any sense??)

Makes more sense than just dumping the idea of a mascot. There are plenty of non-mascot tag games going on, this one (and the nut) is unique because of Cosmo.

If I can get a location of the egg in TN, I will go get it this week. I'm taking vacation to ride anyhow, and I've never had a bad ride to my west.

if you want to put it in play then ride up to IL and grab the TAG.

As for passing the TAG via a PM. That is just not right. if the thing is going to be passed via private message then I guess we should just nuke the thread itself.

I have not heard from h2o rider again since sending him my e-mail addy. All bets are off.

I texted him with instructions on loading pictures, no response.

Somebody /anybody just go and shoot the photo, tag it, and pick ANY new mascot to introduce. The mascot has changed a number of times.

I was just offering to put an egg in play. No pms, no handoffs. . .. If an inmate wants to swing by and retrieve an egg to put in play (that will look a lot like Cosmo), he/she is welcome. . ..

Feb 1, 2009. The game began with NO mascot.

March 7, 2009. Blockhead was introduced as the first mascot.

Blockhead went out of the game when in a location that could not be accessed at night and somebody tagged the closed gate. We got a new mascot.

On 5/23/09, Eggy was introduced by amadvikingjr in Post 486. It was not without controversy, just like now. For a while we had a chicken, duck, Blockhead was re-introduced, and there was a replacement chicken. This was CycleJohn on 5/27/09 while multiple mascots rode together:


It was getting to take up too much room and controversy. A note was added to the bag for the next person to delete a mascot and that's how we got down to Eggy.

Eggy disappeared in 2013 and while having a mascot for 4 years was cool, Eggy was not the point of the game. In fact, anybody making the tag can at any point remove or put in a new mascot. Just like losing a dog, you will never find an exact replacement, so I'd prefer to see something new and different. Somebody just needs to tag the spot and introduce a new mascot. Make it a plastic Buddha or purple dinosaur for all I care.

Please just get the game back in gear.
