I'm out this Sunday as I got a few oz of sludge in my fuel from the shell on 903 last weekend. Going over everything I found my stator is failing,, it's readings are way low on the exciter coil windings. With anything but perfect conditions like questionable fuel it just won't fire hot enough to burn through. Talking to a few guys online most of these early RFS stators fail before 50 hours! The rest by 100... I'm just a hair over 100. Picked up another one today to get me by until I can get a decent new. Seams they are backordered everywhere.

Next Sunday Mothers Day. Maybe we could get out on Saturday.
