    Gidday.

Drain screws are metric fine thread with a tapered end, as Ladder mentioned.
I make these screws with a 6mm hexagon head, so you can easily drain the carbs using a 6mm wrench or (as I do) with a 120mm long Allen screw (Inbus).
I'll see that I upload some pictures this weekend...

    Cheers,
    Lars

After years of reading and not posting on ADVrider i think it`s time to introduce myself :

My name is Leo and i live in the netherlands and the bike below is my 7th BIG since 1997 so i think i have a strange love/hate relation with the drBIG :evil

This time it`s gone be a project bike that has to become a sort of allroad/mx/sm bike all in one. The future will tell if we succeed and if not we had a lot of fun building it.:D

I`ll keep you all informed with the progress made by posting pictures now and then.

    Hi Leo,
    welcome to the herd!
Colour of frame and swinging-arm are already correct to build a Marlboro-replica ...
    Kind regards, Bambi

I hope all you blokes in the northern hemisphere have a bloody nice white christmas. This is a photo I took of the TV when they were showing the weather for Xmas day and the rest of the week. You will notice that tomorrow, Xmas day, will be 39 degrees (C) then wednesday we get a cool change to 37 and from there it's up again to 40.
This is Perth in Western Australia.

Sorry for the quality of the photo. And seriously, I wish all of you a great Christmas and an even better New year.
    Catch you all in 2013.
    Cheers.
