hhkiwi - I don't think I've see you at the Rock Store on a Friday yet. Come on down sometime and join us for lunch. We can always us another Guzzi there. jdg
Thanks jdg, Sunday was my first time at the Rock Store and I've only had the Breva for a couple of weeks so you wouldn't have seen me before. I'd love to come down for lunch on a Friday but I work in Culver City and I am afraid my lunch hour's not long enough... Still hope to meet up at some stage. hhkiwi
Well, hell, we can still make that work one way or another. Perhaps meet at Wurstkuste on Lincoln or Uncle Bills for lunch one day. jdg
Went to post these in the V7 thread and found this thread bumped up (never knew it existed). So I'll just leave these here. I can't post pictures yet (I've got a Mac and haven't worked how), but I picked up a new Griso SE Black Devil today. Now I'll be selling my 750 Breva coz my missus won't let me have 2 bikes.
Just go on http://tinypic.com and post the image there (or any other 68 billion similar sites). You'll get a picture URL that you attach here using the "Insert Image" button in the toolbar. Just like on a PC..
My first Guzzi. 2000 Jackal. I've only owned 2 cruisers before, and ridden one other, but this thing handles amazing and great engine characteristics. I can say I now 'get' Moto Guzzi's. Needs a few little things, but for 47K on the clock can't complain!
I'm fairly new Guzzi owner, barely a month now. I've waited a long time to join the ranks and now it's a reality. The happy day. Got the top box mounted up. And my first "real" ride on it. Many more to come.....
