Had a nice ride on the Zuma today. Had to make a quick run to Home Depot for a shelf bracket.

I don't see how you can get by with ONLY 2 bikes in the garage, let alone only one.

    2 bikes
    4 bikes

    That sure would be nice.

Problem is that real life gets in the way.

Money, job, family, sports, parking space. They all add up to not enough reasons to own 2 bikes.

For the life I am living right now, 1 bike is plenty.

Sold Goldwing, just too big, now down to 2 motorcycles, Vulcan 750 and XT225 dual sport, and 3 scooters. The Zuma is basically new, not one scratch on it yet, it sleeps in the living room with the other 2. I'm holding it at that for now, and deiced to consider my options before making another impulse buy. I'm still farkling up the Zuma, I have the highway bars and a center mounting hook ordered, so I can carry stuff between the seat and the leg shield on the floor.

Today was a big riding day on the Zuma.

I spent over 5 hours riding today.

Yes, you gave the Foot Hills Parkway corridor a work out. It is always a flip of the coin whether to go right or left in Landrum when out and about.:clap

Cool that you can ride so far while avoiding freeways. Even crossing state lines. Out west it is almost all freeways, backroads just go around in circles.

You can get just about anywhere on back roads if you want to.

I was temporarily foiled yesterday when an interstate overpass was closed for repair and the detour send travelers onto the interstate. I had to turn around and find another back road to take to get me to another bridge.
