I think the PO meant 12 meters per gallon, running it hard as he said.....or maybe he removed the plug in hybrid conversion to get 12 miles per gallon for the first 12 miles only...seeing is believing

    Agreed.

Plus five years from now we'll be able to see how the Dr. of Diesel progresses.

Build it here. Seeing the progression/evolution of his projects is cool!

I vote for "Dr. Frankenstein gets his hands on a straight truck."

Then we don't have to worry about the confusion of commingled build threads.

another vote for build it here. But change the thread title to "Effects of Diesel fumes on patients with ADD" or something. Something funny, I mean.

I believe it's possible, considering the milage I get with the bus, with and without the camper hooked up.

The big truck should be geared so the RPM is low at cruising speed whereas the bus is screaming above 65.

    We will see.:D

    Funny you mention that.

Just today another inmate here asked me if I would be interested in moving a car for him.
I don't currently own my own car trailer but have access to one.

Then a vision of something like this came unbidden to my mind.

Maybe start a whole new thread called "Nate's Place" where all your builds can go. The mods could merge the bus thread into it if you wanted.

If you're gonna have one of those, you need the accessory delivery van and the dog.
