It was about time for the girls to move up to bigger bikes. The 12 yr old was getting too big for her KLX 110 and the 9 yr old was getting too big for her TTR 50. So we bought a TTR 125 off a friend of ours for the 12 yr old and the 9 yr old got the hand-me-down KLX.

I'm pretty sure this is one time the 9 yr old doesn't mind a hand-me-down
(with the new jersey she got for her birthday)

Didn't take her long to get used to it either...no clutch but shifting gears like a pro

She says likes the bigger bike...it's faster :D

She turns one on the 30th. With family in town we celebrated her first birthday a few days early. This is her favorite present... the first of many motorcycles from mommy and daddy.

Turning 3 next week. This is a rare picture, as she is actually a little afraid of the bike. Her mother's doing...

Back at it again last night...While the older one was learning how to use the clutch on her new bike, her little sister was tearing it up on her new ride (big sister's old ride)

18 miles today. Much better than the circles at the end of the court a month ago.

She's 8.5. She goes back home in a week to mom. I just had her for the summer. I hope she wants to come back for good someday.

Been a few years but Suzuki kid #2 is now seven and just found out she really likes motorcycles, well as least riding with her dad. JR50 got sold a few years ago but I managed to borrow a XR50 with training wheels from a friend and she has been riding it in front of the house.

We plan to go camping again in a few weeks and she wants me to take off the training wheels and go for it ;).

    not daughter but my grandaughter

although its a joy to ride, i got sick and tired of my gs breaking expensive parts that i decided to sell it....

my grand child came out today....i look at her pic, i decided that i'll wait a little longer until she grow up so she can ride around with grandpa on the pig....
    then i'll sell it...
