I had a grrrreat 200 mile ride yesterday.
All the rain had washed away all that brine they had put down,
and every road was nearly perfect.
I hope those guys have finally learned to wait until there is
snow in the forecast to coat the roads with that crap!
They're crampin' my style.
I spent most of the day pitched over into the curves.
I'm afraid to look at the sides of my tiresoser.

Ok. Let's say a guy were to ride a 990R Adv from Colorado back east for this lil shindig. Should said guy be looking to travel to southern New England, DC, the Carolinas or further south?

I understand the location hasn't been announced yet, but is there something more specific than "the east coast?"

Yes, I will PM all ride leaders as soon as we know.
(This is standard procedure for the Eastern Rendezvous. Remember, this isn't just another rally.
This a major production, and there are many parts of the deal that have to be agreed to by several different parties.
It takes time. Step one has to be the date on the calendar so people can ask for time off work if necessary,
and that's where we are now).
