If any of you watched the weather here in Colorado this weekend.......YES, it was flooding that was the problem.


Here is what happened out in Meeker, at the White River COHVCO Rendezvous...... The first day of riding was really dusty and then day 2-4 was awesome!!!!! Rain is a good thing for riding!!!! I will admit, we did witness some damage, though.

This last image looks a little like some of the "big bike ride" images I have seen from prior RMAR events!

I'm sure glad we weren't right there with that happened, we got lucky!!

I just called to reserve a tent space but neglected to even ask about price. Also registered for the actual event. Glad I did as I see next week the registration price goes up.

Looking like I'm out. I'll make sure to get the tee shirts to the event, but I probably won't be able to hang out. A good friend decided to get married that weekend.

Will coordinate the tee shirt delivery as we get closer...

Maybe I'll take your spot. Is this a good replacement for physical therapy from back surgery??? Seems like it would be good for the brain at least.

Seems I won't be there after all. It appears I'm not healing fast enough to make the trip and my Doctor has said "NO WAY!" And, to make sure I stay put, he told my wife! I'll be canceling my RV reservation at Red Mountain tomorrow.

Ratfink doctors anyway.....
