This is my first bike. It's gone through a few changes over the years and though I have newer shinier motorcycles this one still puts a smile on my face. Fun fun fun

I finally got the "proper" bodywork and exhaust on my 1975 CB360T. It still needs some chrome polishing, and other detail work.

I'm restoring one of these. It had so many parts missing that it's very usefull to see one in full detail! You don't happen to have a closeup of the rear brake link? I have a hard time figuring out how that fits together (mine came in boxes, and not everything in the box comes from the same bike...)

I know that it says 250T on the side, but the frame is from a CJ250T and the engine from a CJ360T. I bought it for 100€ without paperwork, managed to register it and I'm now restoring it for the last two years (in between having kids and moving houses). The engine is now running, it needs new brakes and a chain, exhausts and I could go.

Looks like it's going to be cool looking. Keep the 250 badges for the "sleeper" factor.

Finally, I can put my bike on ADVrider too.

Just got this!

It is in excellent condition, but there is a small hole in the exhaust collector near where it connects to the muffler (see last pic), so I'm open to suggestions as to the best way to repair it.







Bringing it home:



This thing is absolutely beautiful! It was its owner's pride and joy, but he didn't have time to ride it enough (he has an R1150R too, which he doesn't ride enough either), so he decided to sell. The owner was torn about selling, but after meeting me and talking to me for a while was happy it was "going to a good home". It was definitely his baby. The left side case and countersprocket cover are BRAND NEW. As are the mirrors, and the seat and seat grab handle. The inside of the tank is 100% free of any rust and clean as a whistle. The original paint on it is about an 8.5. The only reason it isn't a 10 is a few minor scratches and one small chip repair. The tank decals are excellent as well.

Cosmetic needs to make perfect: clean up, and maybe paint the right side engine cases (not bad, but look bad due to the new ones on the other side), same goes for the valve covers. Wet sand and maybe polish the rear brake drum, and fork lowers.

Other needs:
Battery is dead.
Small hole in exhaust collector as was shown in the pics.
Brake caliper is hanging. We pushed up his uphill driveway and loaded it just fine, but when I applied the brake bringing it down off my trailer, it never released. It was a real #$%* pushing it into the garage with the brake hanging like that. I tried releasing pressure with the bleed screw in case the problem was a collapsed brake line but that didn't help. I'll be having to rebuild or replace the caliper.

As for the engine, it starts and runs nicely, so I'm sure just an oil change, valve clearance check/adjust, and timing check/adjust, and it'll be all set.

I know we have our own dedicated thread, but here's my much loved 2001 Honda CB750 Nighthawk in all her air-cooled "coolness"

She's sporting ceramic coated stock exhaust, NC F-16 windscreen, Hondaline backrest/luggage rack, Hondaline engine guards, and occasionally cheapo (but very nice) MotoGear saddle bags. She's all I need. Cheers. :)

Here's my old 1975 Honda CB500T. In fact, I owned two of them!

The following three photos were taken in the summer of 1995. I later sold this immaculate all-original example due to a relationship breakdown and subsequent move back home. She had barely over 1500 original miles on her at the time of this photo and still sported the factory original Bridgestone tires!
