Their details are a mixed bag. The faux-carbon wrap on the dash bezels and engine-turned finish in the shower are trying a bit too hard. Yet, their fabric choices (colors/textures) are very nice. The shower would be really nice to have. Allowing bicycles in the living space is a bit off. I do like the sink setup. The exterior color and graphics are spot-on.

Honestly, if you get your setup ironed out, I think you could do conversions as a side business. Hiring detail-oriented people would be the toughest challenge, I think. You're an intelligent dude. That seemingly, minor detail is what would make your vans a step above the others.

Kris: correct. As the trip got bumped to so late in the season the van is going to be much more comfortable. We'll be camping close to 10,000 feet so there is a good chance it'll get below freezing overnight this time of year.

The Sprinter's Espar heater keeps it whatever temp we want :gettingold:

(I meant the bicycle...You said the van was loaded, but the bike was left out...I was being a smartass....apparently with no success.)

Nice! You need to start thinking about an epic trip (Denver to Tierra del fuego?) with your bride, bikes, Yeti and Sprinter.

Do it as a photo/video blog expedition with private sat-chats for hard core arm chair travelers, funded through kickstarter! :lol3

I volunteer to be your photographer. I've seen your photographs, Ed, you need a photographer along if the kickstarter backers are going to be pleased. :deal

I'll be along as the pilot.

I'm fully aware that this expedition does not have any aircraft, so my duties will be primarily the drinking variety.:1drink

    Get on it Ed.
