Hello, Me and four of my friends plan to ride from Dubai to Nepal. We will cross Iran, Pakistan, India and onwards to Nepal. Can anyone here give me the latest update on border crossings between Iran and Pakistan? Is it safe? Which crossing should we enter Pakistan from? Anyone has any experiences with this? I cant find enough information on the internet and I'm getting all sorts of mixed search results. I need to decide for sure before we make our plans. Thanks

Your trip sounds brilliant. We didn't get into Iran so can't really help there but can tell you that Pakistan (the KKH), Northern India and Nepal are absolutely brilliant. You'll love it How is Dubai these days? I used to live there back in '96 and then again in 2004

everyone is scary of Iran , and Pakistan for the news .... but Pakistani and Iranian and also i pass Iraq (kurdi area) and i never slep in the tend...they allways welcome in in their house. I did all pakistan included belucistan area alone without escort police which i was escaping ...and i was feeling free as a bird ... i was like U scary then i forget all the brain was the media do to us and i enjoy it i been in all these countries and is much more dangerous India because are plenty of trucks drivers that dont give a fuck of bikers enjoy ur ride and avoid to drive in the night because is not safe for the crazy drivers
