We left town for a few days. Things are just backed logged. Waiting for windows to arrive

I have being debating on the size of the driveway in front. 26 x30 feet or go longer .. say 26 x50. Now much difference in price since we are paving down to the concrete pad. We can park a lot of bikes on that size pad.

Here is what I need to concrete:
8x8 pad for the hvac compressor
10x12 pad under the deck to part the atv
5 steps from the concrete pad to the back gate
26x30 pad in front. est. cost $3500

to make it 26x50 would cost another $300

Floors are being prep and they will start Monday.

That is all for now.. from Huntington Beach CA ....

Go big. That will be some of the best $300.00 you'll ever spend. Consider the cost of doing it later.

    The foil serve two purposes:

    1) it reflects an amazing amount of light

    2) keeps the industrial look and access

Why pay the extra cost of dry walling?

In some locations I believe it would be required for flame resistance. You might be able to use metal for the same reasons too; I've seen that done with with roofing material; it looks sharp and cleans up with a pressure washer.

If you every go to Chopite their ceilings are cover with cloth. It was an option I choose to go with the foil for light refraction since it's in the garage.

Clearing out the garage for the floor guys. There was a pallet on the floor.
Went to pick it up .. got a flash of something gray moving. Man..if it was a rattler.. I would have been bit.

Just a nice bull snake. Took it for a tour of the property. Knock on the my sons window and he laughed. My sitter is really scare and I was going to walk in to show my wife (would have killed me) and son and decide it was best to leave it outdoors.

If you live in states with snakes and you leave the door open.. watch what you pick up.

The floor is like glass and coating is going on Tuesday morning.
Special coating has hardeners and sprinkle in alum oxide for grit
