Yeah, but what switch?

It's this one.



it's a self adhesive pushbutton, with green and red lights.

It's not my favourite, I'm going to upgrade to one of these:

Lighted switch is included with the kit. Similar to that seen in pic above.

Most people (myself included) are quite happy with this style switch. A few (about 10%) prefer a different type of switch. We will soon be adding the optional handlebar mount switch (second pic). Although not an upgrade it is an alternative and can be retrofit. It will be added to our site next week sometime and will be a $17 option.

On another note - I just finished up on the CDR and should be back home/shop soon. Sorry for any delays in replying to emails and or phone calls. Thanks for all for bearing with me over the past month (gotta ride )

It is available as an option when ordering the light kit (plug-n-play)

Any plans for a dimmer in the future?

If not, can I add an aftermarket one, and what would I look for?

The Skene Designs programmable dimmer can be added. There's a thread on it over on FJRForum.com.

MM8's - We are discontining the MM8 lights at the end of this month and will be offering up a few of the remaining lights on ADVrider. These are lights only, meaning no wiring harness/switch (etc).

Hey Brian,
Im interested in buying 4 of the MM10 lights (no harness or switches etc. needed) as a replacement for the Hella lights that came from the factory on my Moto-Guzzi Stelvio; these have been well documented as being pieces of crap.
What would be the price for the lights only?
