hey hack and all you strom bags...
How smooth are they? Any differences between the 650 and the 1000? I would prefer the 1000.
Tom how is the Tiger compared to your wee?
In the next few years I am going to need a bike that I can do some serious miles on without ass scream fever. the vibrato on my gs, while minimal for a thumper, is killing me after only about 2-300 clicks. I'm looking for something dependable and uber comfy (and NOT on a German wallet) for a trip I will be doing across country and up to the arctic circle.
    thanks for any insights. :D

    Hey Jack.
I love my Tiger (power, superbly smooth motor, comfort).
The Wee was stone cold reliable (and inexpensive to own/operate).
For around town tagging type fun it's the Tiger. For a trip to AK, the Wee/Vee with improved seat and wind management. Just my Opinion...

The rest of you potential Fri. riders-
Would you like to gather up at the:
    Stargate in Harrington
    Cindy's in Denton or
    Twinny's in Galena?

    Let me know.

    Jax,
I'd be happy to sell you my mint condition 1995 Tiger for a great price.

It's always been adult owned and operated, never been raced, offroad or dropped, in fact I'm out waxing it right now.

This is the rare "blue" tiger, which anyone in the know, knows that this is the fastest of all the colors available.

Be careful, Tom's is the fuel injected model :razor
They are not known for their reliability like the carbureted models. The carb'd models are always running in tip top shape because the carbs need to be pulled off just to get to the air filter, at which time they can be cleaned or adjusted as needed to run at peak performance.

The orange color is the slowest of the bunch.

Let me know if you want to take it for a test ride :freaky

Careful Jack, Slo just wants to sell you his Tiger so he can buy mine.

02, if we do Twinny's at 7:24-7:39, we can head up to Slo-ville after and terrorize his playground.

LOL you guys are crackin me up. :rofl:rofl
Slo... do you really have to take the carbs off to get at a filter?

Thanks for your opinion Tom. :D

While Slo's ride may be mint you may want to ask him how many WPM's he has on that thing.. I think it may be more than Kelly Blue Book can account for.

    WPM - Wheelie Per Mile...

With the power of this carbureted 885 three cylinder engine I challenge any of you to keep the front wheel on the ground.
