Because many of us don't have the time or money to do what you and so many other people do on these ride reports. That's why we live vicariously through the rest of you and read these things - just something to think about It's also something that I hope to rectify sometime in the very near future if things ever work themselves out

and if it weren't for guys like you, my trip would be without a purpose. Let me do the exploring for now and when you are ready, you can follow my tracks

My 13,000 trip up to Alaska was just the test run for what I have planned later this month. I am planning to head down in to Central America. And if that goes well - South America. I am only focusing on one leg at a time so Europe and Africa would come next but I need to get thru the Americas first. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. And like I said all along, as long as I have the means and desire, I am doing this!
Right now, I am home getting things ready for my trip south. I have one more Baja trip next week. They really are not part of my RTW trip but I figured others might find the stories interesting and enjoy my pictures along the way.
So stay tuned. I will be heading down in to Latin America soon. And for me, that is when the true adventure begins.....................and I can't wait!

Dude took me 2 days to caught up with you RR ,, but so far its been amazing how the trip has developed and waiting southbound part of the trip, if you plan to ride trough VENEZUELA I live in SAN CRISTOBAL, a city an hour from the COLOMBIAN BORDER, you'll have a place to crash,, good luck and enjoy the ride

I might just take you up on your offer. My plan is to be in your area in January 2013
