    Disclaimer: these are automobile tires

I'd love to order some tires online (mainly for the choices; local stores don't carry much of what I need) to put on my car's summer wheels; the current sticky rubber won't go another full season.

Situation: wheels OFF car (but I can swap the winter to summer wheels if need be) and currently have tires on them. Need a shop or location where I can change the tires on a machine or pay someone to change & balance. Local tires shops don't like dealing with customers who bring in their own rubber.

Anyone have a good contact in the Omaha area that I might use?

    TIA,

    Y

PJ, go to Omaha Casing. Its one block west of the Millard roadhouse. They have no problem doing that sorta thing. I had them put on my retread mud tires 2yrs ago for about $80.

I've got a new TKC-80 in 150/70/17 that needs a new home. First $50 takes it. [IMG]

Thanks for thinking of me but it is too big for my bike. Besides, there's nothing wrong with slicks! :D

    Haha, alright.

Hopefully, I'm a ways off from needing a rebuild. The clutch spring cups are just a preventative thing. Chunks of washers flying around inside my engine are something I'd like to avoid.

    A bit of an understatment...

How is a t-shirt of a South African saying he will abandon the planet if Obama does not win not WTF?

The good thing is that with the two weeks free I got my diss submitted to a high-profile journal. Six years of work finally sent for publication. I hope the reviewers I get are better than the mods in here!

Da bad news is that I feel now the entire forum experience is not the same... will I ever feel better again Padre?

I get it, but I think the mods are touchy in certain areas. I lurk in jomamma, don't post. That's where all the shit goes down :deal You can always say whatever you want here. I am guessing very few mods look at our little Midwest bs thread. :clap

Wow that's the straw that kills the camel?! In a place that coined classy phrases like FYYFF? I guess it is a California based co.

Hey - I've got some youth helmets that I will give away free if anyone needs them.

HJC CL-X5Y dirt helmet, youth medium never worn
HJC CL-X5Y dirt helmet, youth large, worn maybe once or twice, yellow and black design
HJC CL-Y street full face, youth large, pink and silver, worn maybe a dozen times.

Both the dirt helmets could be worn by a boy or girl, the street one is pretty pink though...

Hannah already needs an adult small, these kids grow fast :eek1:D
