How about a post about the racing your involved with, it may keep the lynch mob with pitch forks at bay a while longer. Simple stuff with pics helps.

Funniest quote of the entire thread. Period.

i really feel bad about leaving this bike unfinished. don't get me wrong... there's no way in hell it's going to be touched any time before fall! it's not outside though. just bought a new house. the place had a suite which i have remodeled to fit back into the house - loads of trips to the dump there! the guzzi and its little brother are currently living in the walk in closet of the former suites' master bedroom! i'd put her in the master right in the middle of the bed if it weren't my kids new playroom.

bonneville speed week next week! i'll be there with my family. if you see any stenhouse racing monkeys make sure to say hi!

I'll be in North Salt Lake, between Bountiful and SLC itself. You'll have to stop off when you're passing - especially as I'll be bored with no job until the new year :lol3

thanks for the kick up my rump guys. i've finally got some time to get through all the batles of moving and setting up a new home shop. i could cry about how much work it is, but i'll show some photos instead. a picture is a bazillion words, eh?

yeah... it's too bad to show. i took pics from a few different angles and nothing looks great. i finished wiring the kitchen today. the framing is complete, except for the wall shared with the shop, which the drywall has to come through tomorrow. once the drywall is in the kitchen i get to the radiant (hot water) floor heating in the shop... then concrete hopefully next week or the week after. the hoist is coming first week of december, which i need to get the audi ready for the alcan 5000 rally in february... and there's daytona at the end of january... getting the idea updates may be few and far between? ... i also have 3 kids under 10!

excuses aside! as soon as there's heat and power in there i promise a minimum of 8 hours a week on the bike! until then lets see some guzzi porn!

Ha ha! I'm too shy to show mine off, besides I've taken mine all the way down again because I'm shopping for a painter right now. Colin, while you were away I managed to get my 600RR forks and brake rotors mounted to my stock spoked rims... nothing that a $100 chunk of billet aluminum and 5 hours at the lathe/mill couldn't solve! Maybe by the time Colin gets an update photo for us, I will have some of my bike back together and I will have something worth sharing.

I am stalking this thread by the way:D

Ok... we're getting closer. The powder coat is done, once my new fork seals are here I will send B-Rod a photo and maybe he will post it for us. I love this part of the build, bolting on clean, painted / refinished parts is pretty rewarding after months of deconstruction and reconstructing.
