Looks like we are going to have a good turnout tonight. Maybe we will break last weeks record. I still not sure if i will be riding my GS or the Road Star. I did not clear the stuff out of the way last night but if I get home early enough I might be able to and still be there at 6PM.

We had a great turn out. We took up 2 booths and most of the parking in front, but there is always room for more bikes and riders.

Now for the minutes from last night.

    1. Where can we sit to get the HOT waitress. Some how we messed up and got the good looking waitress but not are usual HOT waitress. Maybe she is on to me.
    2. What should we eat and drink? BEER. :freaky
    3. Someone brought a laptop, so we were able to watch some PORN. I have never seen anything like it. I could not believe what the KTM was going to the Beemer. This made me keep an eye outside on the KTM and my Beemer.
    5. Several of us are planning Canada Trips, so talked about some great secret places to ride. Next time show up and you can learn the secret.
6 We went outside looked at the bikes. Looking at farkles and deciding what we should get next.
    7 Meeting adjourned

    See you all next week.

Yeah I wasn't too impressed with the waitress.
I ended up paying way too much for my coke, because she wouldn't come back to the table.

Good chatting with you guys and hearing stories from Moab.

    Nice bike setup K7MDL.

This coming weekend 6/6-7 there is the Black Dog Dual Sport in the Mt hood area- Can ride Sat and/or Sun- The B course is fun and mellow-

Then on 6/20 there is the Dirty Face Dual Sport ride, on forest roads from cashmere to the entiat ridge area- B course is also all forest roads-

I have done both in the last few years, and always had fun-
anybody else from this MAG planning to head there?

    Thanks for the reminder Gabriele.
My social calendar is still pretty slammed.
That's why I need to sneek in the Friday afternoon rides.
As I mentioned last week, I will be at Walker Valley for a trail bike ride June 12, 3 PM, main staging area. This started with a few friends from work, and has grown.
    ADV'ers, you're welcome to join.

    Dirtybiker,
I just checked my bike log, the Front TKC has been on there for well over 11K... :huh The rear wore out pretty quick and got pretty slippery in the winter rains.
New set of TKCs are ready and waiting.

I am looking at doing both.

In the case of the Blackdog, I am on the fence still whether to put the KLR in the truck or ride it down Friday afternoon. I am leaning toward the truck method at this minute. Have to get the canopy off, borrow my son's ramp, and change the rear KLR tire.

If anyone interested in trucking it down, let me know, may influence my choice. I have a full size short box quad cab, so have room in theory for another bike of modest size, have not tried more than one before though.

it was a pleasant ultramellow ride-
did not get to test the ankle as the off road riding was a very well maintained gravel road at low speed- Felt pretty solid standing up, no issues, which is fine by me :)

Drew, have you ordered the TKCs for you GS?

    Hi ALL
It is HUMP DAY and you know what that means tomorrow is the EASTSIDE Meet Up. Looks like another great day in store for tomorrow. Last week we had a great turn out. Let keep it up. I will be there around 6PM. I cleared enough stuff that I should be able to get my Road Star out tomorrow. So instead of seeing my flashing lights on my GS, you will hear my load pipes as I pull up this week. Looking forward to see everyone.

ALL ARE WELCOME. I will try to remember to take the ADV sign but it is not to hard to find us. There is usually a bunch of gear on or around the table. I will be riding my Road Star (if it starts) Of course we like Noobs because of what GSGUY said. :freaky FREE BEER

Won't be able to stay much past 7:15 unfortunately because I've got a con call with India (12 1/2 hour time difference!) (which JUST got scheduled :becca) ...
