Yeah, I hope so. Patrick Willis scares me more than about anyone else on your team. Offenses are getting a lot of pregame hype in this game, our O-line vs your D-line is going to be the story of the game though. If we can't protect Ryan, the game is over.
Just to be clear, my team is the Panthers. Ryan is probably going to have to move in the backfield more than he's used to. But he's not inclined to panic so he may be OK with that. This is a really tough game to pick.
As a GB fan, here's a little tip for Atlanta's D-Coordinator: Put a fucking spy on Kaepernick. Atlanta seems to be able to tackle so they should fair better than GB did.
Biggest advantage Atlanta will have over GB this year is that we have faced a lot of running QBs this year. Vick, Cam, RG3, and now Wilson. Unfortunately, Kap is closer to Cam than the others. We are pretty decent at stopping great running backs this year, but as Mike has said, Cam gave us fits this year and he does not have nearly the running back, or defense that Kap has. On paper, Niners should win this game, fortunately it is played on the field where anything can happen.
so, aside from your frothy-mouthed hate, you need to back that shit up. The thing is, Ray has been known for brutal forearm shivers, not helmet-to helmet hits. In this new era of offensive protectionism, he has consistently been pointed to as an example of how to play hard within the rules.
Did I ruffle your skirt, little girl? Grow up. There's no "frothy-mouthed hate" in my post. As for Ray Lewis being pointed to as an example of how to play hard within the rules.... NFL players disagree with you, naming him the second dirtiest player in the game. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...-james-harrison-named-most-violent-dangerous/
Niners and Pats in the Big Game. Thats what I'm sticking to And I would love to see the SanFran QB take a hit like RGIII did. It's going to happen, And I want to watch it over and over in slow motion. I want to see how tough this freak of nature really is. The Pack never touched him, I don't remember if his uniform even got a grass stain on it.
Do you know the difference between a head shot and a forearm shiver? Offensive players don't like either of them but a shiver is legal. Ray is the master of the shiver. That is why he gets called dirty. Not because he actually is, but because he uses a technique offenses want banned. BTW, you backup link doesn't say shit to support your assertion about head shots.
No, it doesn't. My initial response was to this post: All I said was that I hope Ray does not suffer any permanent effects from his NFL career, but those "head shots" would have been self-inflicted. Wasn't me that brought up "head shots" and I didn't post any frothy-mouthed hatred. I stated one opinion (I hope Ray does not suffer permanent damage) and a fact (he's taken helmet-to-helmet shots at defenseless players. Because you can't argue that Ray Lewis doesn't take helmet-to-helmet shots at defenseless players.... He might not do it as often as, say, Rodney Harrison, but he does it. Ask Hines Ward. And I'm not even saying he's trying to hurt other players, or that he's doing it intentionally. Sometimes it happens. But you can't deny he does it.
If it was that effective, you would think all the other morons would invest in a handheld video camera for $300; instead of multi-million dollar punk washouts.
Looks like Chip Kelly is going to leave Oregon for the Eagles after all. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/8...regon-ducks-coach-philadelphia-eagles-sources I did not see that coming. I thought he said he was happy staying in Oregon.
That is a surprise. It will be interesting to see how he does in the NFL... but he needs a QB... and a good GM... and...
To get him to move from Oregon to Philly, they must've thrown a shit load of money at him. He better get a kevlar top for that visor of his for when Philly fans chuck a few Energizers at him.
