It's what I've been telling my students on track days for the past 15 years...and if they live by it, they will never crash out in the corners!

Standing on thruxton wheels and waiting for new rims to build up a Scrambler look again and remove the nice guy that it has turned towards now:-) Strange how much the knobbles do to the look.

It has been tough decision but I will have to part with my 2009 (2012?) matt Kahki Green Scrambler, loaded to the teeth. About 6k miles, still has about 9 months of warrantee left. Never dropped, never off road (beyond road work areas on highways). In Very good condition. New Tourances on it now.

I found it brand new (never prepped, never ridden, it had .5 miles on it in April 2012) last Spring in the Triumph dealer in Missoula, MT, fell in love and grabbed it. Then I lavished it with every conceivable Farkle to make it a more useful and comfortable bike.

Now due to a host of personal reasons it needs a new good home (lets face it, if money were no object I would keep it just to dust it off and look at it......)

    The bike will come with:

New Spare tires: 1 front Metzler tourance, 2 rear Metzler tourance)
    Clearwater lighting Krista lights
    Spitfire Slipstream wind shield
    triumph tiger 1050 hand guards
    sw mototech mirror extensions
    scott olier eSystem
    two 12v plug ins
    clearwater LED voltage regulator
    heated vest plug in
    Triumph engine guards (dresser bars)
    Triumph skid plate
    Arrow 2 into one pipes
    rear rack Renntec
Custom pannier rack (powder coated, made with the Wolfman ovals for quick connection)
    Wolfman expedition bags
    Hyperlights in rear
    new horn (LOUDER!)
    cramp buster
    throttle lock
    Airhawk seating system
    quick release seat cover screws
    handle bar risers
    spare Triumph seat
    LED "idiot" light conversion kit
    Triumph locking gas cap

If you add up the “retail”cost of these extras you will see why this is quite a deal! (whew..... I did buy it a lot of gifts!!) I really wish to feel it as is complete and not have to "part it out".

This will go in the sells area of this forum but as you all were such a help to me (all1185 pages of this forum!!) I wanted to list it here first!

    Price: $9800

Anyone fitted a Shinko 705 on the front of their Scrambler? I am in the process of looking for a new front, I 'm a little disappointed with the Anakee II that I have now. 6K miles and it is starting to cup . I got almost 12K out of the original Trailwing front.

Anyway I really like the Shinko 705 I have on my other bike but it is only available in 110/80-19. I know alot of you have put wider rears on but how about up front? Not really wanting to start a which tire is better discussion, If it wont work I will probably try a Distanza or maybe a Tourance.

I am also get close to needing a new chain. I cant seem to find a vendor that sells a kit that includes the chain/sprockets that names the chain brand. I would like a DID gold o-ring chain but so far the only thing I have found is someone in England and its going to be around $70 for shipping.

I went with this combo just last month. They shipped super fast. And it looks good on the bike.

Well ... I'm waiting on some new parts coming for British Customs to eliminate all the chrome/plastic space ship parts but I've already done my first mod ... kicking my gear selector back into place after my first offroad experience on the bike. The thing isn't nearly as hard to pick up as I thought it would be ... ah well.

Here she is as of Friday ...

Now I just gotta get some more seat time and that Rotopax mount from above and I'll start taking this more places than my Tacoma truck.

Hi Tritwin, the space is the same between the wheel and fender because I used the standard bridge to mount the fender.
It looks a bigger gap because the alloy fender is narrower than the standard one.
Here is Henry's with a standard fender

Here is mine with alloy fender

Here is the difference between the two fenders,
