IIRC the KLR has 15 and 17 mm axles. Could you use the 15 on the rear with a little shimming, I dunno??? I haven't ever seen one of these tools in person. I have a hunch you could fab up a smaller rod without a mill shop, prolly in your garage. But I just don't know for sure. The standard tool is 20 mm and has a shim for 25. I haven't re-calculated pricing for the guys on the waiting list, and I won't know about availability until I get them in and ask those guys for payment. The price in the latter group will be a couple more bucks because of how the shipping worked out. To get the exact same price for the last group, I needed to fill it with 16+ extra tools. I went ahead and ordered like 8 extra to get the price down, and I think those will end up being sold. I got a couple PMs yesterday about the status of the order. Are told me the packages shipped on the 17th, and one of the CH guys said it took 18 days for their order to show up in the US. So I'm kinda expecting them to show up the first week of December. I'm gonna try to get them all shipped out to you by that next weekend, should be early enough to beat the Christmas rush.
Fantastic news! I knew the additional ones would be more and then there is the "thank you" addition for your time. I appreciate the info regarding the KLR specs.
Before I left work I sorted all the tools and the adapters, the boxes are ready to slip into the USPS boxes. I've sent emails / PM's to the guys on the waiting list that I have a tool for. I might could get these all shipped out this week. I've got a slow day tomorrow so if I can get Santas' elves to pitch in, we might get er dun!
Yes, I'm still interested in the tool. Replied to you email. Just let me know where to send the check to. Thanks again...
Oh sweet! I have a new tire for my 990 on the way and I think I have about 4 dirtbike tire changes lined up. I think this tool is going to pay for itself in free beer in no time at all.
Kevin TBO (1st class to Canada) I had to run by the Post office for a large box and shipped Kevin's at the same time. All of the tools are now in the USPS Flat Rate boxes, I just need a couple quiet hours to print shipping labels. Hope to get a bunch out tomorrow. PMR
Hey you FF, never for one minute have we thought you were slack'n !!! Thanks for the effort !!! Edit -- see we're doing our part to relieve the postal department's financial shortfall Bokrijder
All the shipping labels are done, these bad boys are going out tomorrow! In retrospect, I forgot to add a couple emails to the shipping info so a few guys aren't going to be notified when it ships. I have delivery confirmation numbers on all of them, but it would take forever to post them all up here. I would really appreciate it if you would post up here when yours arrives, and I'll start a list and make sure everybody feels the love. If there are any issues, LMK and I'll get the tracking number to you. Cheers! PMR My DRZ needs a new tire, so I'll be testing my tool out this weekend
Mine too, I got the front tire in the mail just the other day. I can't wait to try this bad boy out! Kent
Thanks for the hard work! Got my ship label printed notice 1.5 hrs ago. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2
Unfortunately I wasn't able to make this round but if we can get another group together PMR said he would place another order!!!!! Okay to get it going because I'm jealous I didn't get one, I'm in for 2 1. MtnRider2 (2) 2. 3. 4..........
Thank you so much for going to all the effort to make this happen and get everything shipped out to us!!! I think I saw my box in the picture!!! Looking forward to seeing the mailman drive up with my box!!!!
