Here in the USA you can get a Pinlock visor insert, appears to be the same thing as the Ralieri. I have a Pinlock on my helmet and it's very effective at preventing fogging. The handlebar adjustment procedure has never been in the USA owner's manuals, only the service manuals. The link to the FJR forum will provide the answer though and it's easy and quick to do.

Mine? No, I don't notice any of those but I do have a poor sense of smell. The only thing I smell is the wood burning fireplace (the bike is well away from the fireplace ).
Lol that's funny. My wife would flip if is ever tried to store a bike in the house. But hey the bike looks comfortable.
The roads are covered in salt and Russell has my seat right now. Fjr hasn't moved in a couple of months. The klr, however, is still getting ridden regularly. All typos and misspellings blamed on my phone.
There's a good writeup on the 2013 FJR in this month's Motorcycle Consumer. They dyno tested the motor, it's producing ~8 more horsepower than the 2012, and the stopping distance is reduced. Their write up seems pretty fair to me.
All typos are always the phone's fault. That goes without saying. So far I've been able to ride my FJR this winter just about every day, except for two days with snow on the ground and ice on the bridges.
Been riding regularly despite bitter cold. Lithium battery makes cold starts interesting - turn every thing on including all electric clothes/gloves and then wait five min. Goes against everything you grew up thinking about batteries. Cold (I'm convinced) caused the center throttle return spring to unwind one turn. I'd already intentionally unwound it one years ago. Two turns are too many and so the throttle wouldn't close. Made for an interesting ride home! Took about five hours to get in far enough to rewind it.
I'd love to sell you mine, but you're on the wrong coast... I bought my '07 used in 2011 with only 4000 miles and the OEM tires still on it. Put about 9000 miles on it the first summer and then....I bought a WeeStrom. I doubt if I've put more than another 500 to 1000 miles on the FJR and will prolly seriously consider selling it when the spring weather turns a young man's heart to MCing. I still like the way she runs and didn't think the weight would be an issue, but I never could bring myself to ride it hard with all them pounds hanging on her. Guess I must getting old....
