The stacked numbers are overlapping clocks from 2 different mods. I forget which ones and can't look right now because I'm still at work (and have been for 16 hours ), but remind me next time you catch me in teamspeak. There's a certain file that you'll need to remove from the res_mods/gui/flash folder and then everything will be good to go.
Just dumped ~800k silver on consumables because they're half off. Picked up 125 each of small fire extinguishers, small first aid kits, and 100-octane gasoline. Also picked up 271 small repair kits. Hopefully this will last me until next time consumables go on sale.
Two sales ago I found that 350 repair kits weren't enough between sales. One sale ago I stocked up with 500 repair kits, and that did last until this sale. I repair my tracks probably more than most. I figure if I got hit once there and took damage, I don't want to wait around to get hit again.
I guess I just put myself in some really bad spots. It seems that when I get tracked and use a repair kit I try to back out and will get tracked immediately again... My timing must suck royally or those are the ones that agrivate me so I remember them more.
Happens to all of us some of the time, but situational awareness that I'd have to pop out into a commonly fought-over and garrisoned area, or prior map knowledge having seen what lies ahead, helps to avoid doing that too often. Getting perma-tracked often means I'm doing something wrong. This sort of all goes back to what I wrote some very experienced players (experienced and high win rates - not 21k games and a 50% average, lol) were telling me they do in the cities: "Do not peek." If you can let them come over and peek for you, that's a good start. I love the rare occasion where they start to peek, and a quick shot on my part tracks them, damages them, and has their turret still far enough back behind a wall or building that they can't hit me (or can only track me, which seems more common). I was having a real tough time with this as we overcame their lead half-way through that battle in my SU-122-44. Once enough enemies die, the remaining ones aren't generally wanting to do the peeking, so working a non-turreted TD around building corners enough to shoot, but hopefully avoid taking damage (which wasn't working so well for me, but I think the Tiger P did bounce one shot that I didn't on him), is a tough order indeed.
alright it was a long 13 hour nigh tat work and I wouldn't mind buying a couple kits, but small repair kits aren't showing up on my store list 100 octane gas is there along with the extinguishers. must be missing something. like sleep
SWMBO invited a coworker and some of his friends over to watch a hockey game last night. I found out one of them is a 12K battle WoT player with [CB3].....he logged in and let me drive his Obj. 268 for 4 or 5 matches. It's a absolutely ridiculous amount of fun to play. I want one.
Never saw the Cool Headed award before So steel wall, cool headed, and spartan. not terrific score, but kinda cool. For me. but i'm simple anyway, still not able to purchase small repair kits. do I have to wait til I'm all out? Last time they were on sale I picked up a bunch. Honestly there are plenty of times I won't even use one. If it looks hopeless I just die. Saves me 3k
Bastage! Looks sweet! Everything about that photo, save for the overcast skies, looks sweet actually!
I logged in the the TS, vwboomer, to try to work through it with ya, but you weren't there. Big Bird was there, though, and he said he had time for one battle before he had to go to work. BB is only getting better and better at the game IMO. Great job, pal!
ah sorry. So, in the past it would show up, but now when I clicked on 'on vehicle' it showed up as purchasable. weird as I dont' recall that needing to be checked. ah well. not much money anyway
Thank you! I am trying to soak up as much as I can. I have my good games and my bad just like everyone else, and then there are the games where I am playing with Gretchen... those never end well.
you guys are mean. Just because she's slow, catches on fire, gets tracked/ammo racked/crew killed on every single shot, and attracts arti like a $2 whore on welfare check day... The sad part these days is that if I'm in anything Tier 7 or higher.. and I see a "heavy symbol" on the minimap; when I round the bend and see it is a Lowe I think "woohoo! easy kill!".
