Terrebonne is the only town out there I know of so ill guess that even though the view doesn't seem right.

I'd say Eagle Crest but is that a town? If not, Tumalo. Looking at it a second time it looks like it was taken by Cline Butte

There it is..... That pic was taken from our property which is at the top of the hill south east of Prineville. I was surprised that Smith Rocks showed up that well from there. I took this shot about 200 yards south....
