I always knew that there was something about the Honda Helix design that tripped me out, and it finally jumped out of my subconscious last week.
So I made an illustrated poster at the despair.com site to illustrate the concept.

Could they make the front fender another 3 feet longer-then it could be a jet!

And I thought my 98 GS was THE most ugly--til I bought and rode my 86 Helix--

Now they are the UGLY SISTERS--[that I love to ride]

Knew a girl is high school who looked just like this.

Then, over the summer before our senior year, she got a nose job...

Oh Boy! Ive always thought they were one of the ugly ducks on two wheels. Ive never ridden one but I bet they are cool. It would be interesting to strip one down and do a DIY Big Ruckus project.

Must of owned 20 different scoots in the last 8 years. Nothing has been as comfy as my Helix.
Rides well, easy to maintain, sips gas....IMO one of the best scoots ever made.
The look grows on you after a while.....well.....maybe after a long while but it does grow on you.

I had exactly the same thought a few years ago when I owned a Helix.

I don't think Sleds are feet forward though like a Helix.
