Doesn't really matter, it was strictly made to break a record and dick around with some concepts. It was never intended to be a production model.

im guessing you have to shut the lot off, cant stop just the props because they are the "tail rotors", and who wants to climb in or out with a pair of 15' woodchippers next to you?

The province is broke so we're not holding our breath. Another 100 HP would certainly help though:D. The drivetrain is different from the current B3, B4 so there wouldn't be any commonality. I'm wondering what sort of retirement life is on the various spinning bits up top. The star has a shorter retirement life on the B4 than the B2 because of the increased gross weight.

Haven't had a star get to 1,000hours yet on a B4:huh. The bushings on the end of the star arms suffer bonding failures.

Guess you've heard that the CCG is in the market for new hardware, going to be interesting to see what they end up getting...Stay tuned.

Same with the 145 T2 that's coming out, I hope they do some serious upgrades or redesigns of the main trans.

Can anyone identify the brand of helicopter in the picture? Is it possible for the 2 gorgeous girls on the ground to spray at the helo? Won't the downwash wet their singlets and skimpy shorts instead before reaching the helo? Is the helo still in ground effect?

Would you allow this to happen to you if you're the pilot?
