I think it was yesterday somebody demonstrated that over the last few years we had 1 and 2 but 3rd and beyond we're an hour back - currently we currently have 21 riders within an hour - congested and competitive or what!

Tomorrow Cyril has Faria to pull and Caselli to push, I think we could see him erode that 2 mins 22 that Pain has on him and still not have to lead off the next day - is he about to make his move?:clap

Helder is 25 mins down and lying 10th - not going to be easy to erode time in the present company, but he is looking relaxed so don't count him out yet. :clap

After yesterday's stage, it was Luis. Penalty is partly because of engine swap, have no idea what else he got it for

My guess is tomorrow is not the day the to push (no mechanics..well..limited access to mechanics anyways)..stage 8 maybe

Hope the freedom team is sourcing new engines at the bike shops along the way, lots of 2 stroke ktm engines available around Copiapo

None of the updates I'm getting have addressed the reason for penalties. And Luis' wife has not spoken to him. So we do not know yet. So many questions for after the race.

Oh no, I think there's a slow down. I'm able to keep up with my F5s and no new posts in 3 minutes. Mischa, are you able to pick that up on the tracker? Has Maray said anything? How about our ASO mole, any mention on the official site? :lol3

Thanks for allowing me to keep up.

I thought that it was because after he fixed the engine with the bracelet he came off the course to be sure to make it to the Bivouac... That would be my guess anyway, cannot remember where I read that though, probably here somewhere ...
