Harley Davidson doubles contingency purse for 2013 AMA Pro Flat Track racing. http://amaproracing.com/ft/news/index.cfm?cid=55445
Up here in MA we had Sideways Promotions http://www.sidewayspromo.com/index.html Until the death of Pete Giammalvo just about a year ago. The track was closed last year, not sure if it will ever re open. Does anyone know of more small tracks like this in New England?
opps, sorry Dogboy, just realized this was a ama flat track thread. Thought it was just a general FT thread. No AMA races up near New England, we use to have one in NY at Vernon Downs
wonder how many kawasakis are gonna be running! has anyone heard anything more about the zanotti/roberts/willing kawasaki for Jake Johnson? it's looking like a great season.
Should be another great year for GNC racing. We'll get to all four California races.Stocton,Sac,Santa Rosa, and the final in Pomona. We're lucky to live in Santa Rosa.Last year's race was a 3-day blast.,already got our 32 tickets!
What about Triumph? I heard something about a built up modern Bonneville air-cooled twin running, true?

I hope the Az. dates come back to Prescott Downs (assuming they are under new ownership). That place was a great venue and the crowds were huge. S.C.
man, not seeing knoxville on there.. that sucks.. what a great show last year.. vintage racing on friday night, grand national saturday. fun. .. and #7 halbert YAM out with a torn ACL.. not going to make daytona.. ..that sucks. .. looking fwd to a great season.. kk#38k FYIFK~
The OH race will likely be at Greenville on the TBA. Treaty City MC is very active at promoting that race. The big NY race used to be at Syracuse where they ran for many yrs. I think you will see more additions as the year progresses.... perhaps Knoxville. Look for more riders on Kaws than ever. They are a lot more inexpensive to own and run than an HD and just as fast now. Look for K. Coolbeth to make a big comeback this year. Remember how he finished up last year after the injury! Hopefully we will see JD Beach at a few more races this year. Should be a great season.
kool kenny tore knoxville up last year.. with a glowin' red hot brake rotor. yup. ima cheering for ~#20 wiedman to have his breakout year. what a very kool guy. .. .. ..and.. a bit off topic butt, don't forget the grassroots.. .. .. kk#38k support
.. .. #32 martin campained a bonnieville performance sponsored triumph all last season to some success.. made 6 of the 16 nationals in 2ol2. one of his biggest moments was a last chance qualifer win. .. the crowd goes wild.. kk
Thanks for the update, it is great to see more variety in the machines! Very bummed to hear about Sammy!
