That's actually modeling plastic for the beginning of composite bash plate mold.

It is a KTM thread I guess:thumb I actually would consider it a build thread using a KTM. I guess you didn't read back far enough to realize that I'm just supporting the fact that fuel cells/tanks can and are made out of composites and simply posted a pic in support of that.:deal
Sorry, I should've realized that most KTM guys can't appreciate anything unless it's orange.:huh My humble apologies.

I have removed the photos so as not to confuse anyone.

    MUDGUTS, Great build!

i realize the picture posting reasons and BTW the tank looked nice. just some friendly forum banter. perhaps you bmw guys are to sensitive to take it:huh

well while your down there can you check my shoe laces are done up.

    Corrected.

I don't consider myself to be a BMW guy, I just own one at this current time. I'm an admirer of all motorcycles and have owned almost every brand at one time or another.

And while I was down there doing your shoe laces I realized that there is a string hanging out of your Daisy Dukes. You might want to tuck that back into your thong.:lol3 How's that for a little thread banter?:rofl
