Hit some frost coming down off of Old Dalles Rd a couple weeks ago, got all squirrely but kept it upright. You are right though the gravel and dirt has been awesome this winter!

Well it will have kick and a button....... But I think the snowbird in me is getting its wings for sure. Might have to make that an annual winter trip. It will take me a while to build the new bike one part at a time.

Had to do all my rides solo down there. Through my In Ears (let me low if you need a REAL set of plugs or one ear monitors and Ill take care of you) cranked up a playlist and hit the throttle. Some wide open time on the throttle in the desert with Sabbath doing their thing and others worked out well

That reminds me, I forgot to ask my Standard Question for those turning the Big Five-O:

What are you going to do for entertainment? now that you are too old to ride motorcycles. :gerg

I share the date with Bob Marley and President Reagan: February 6th.
    But "Roost it Up"?
I'm just too old for that now, ask Mort......

Thank Dog I've had YOU to show me that getting old has very little to do with feeling young.
Yer a Dogdamn inspiration, Mort, thanks !! :norton

Did I ever tell you about the time I was trail riding in the Burn, and came across a guy riding by happily riding by himself? We stopped to talk a bit, and he said he was 83 years old.

He has been my inspiration ever since.

And all this time I thought I was your inspiration!

That would've been Burt. He lived in Lees Camp and started riding out there about 1947, if I recall correctly. He was pretty good, bailed out one of my bud's once with his 3-rail trailer on his K-car.

Sadly, he passed away last year. Saw him last spring in Lees Camp store, we BS'd as usual.
