I'm still looking for a place that answers your parameters. Found a couple, neither quite made it. Having dates will help.

It is BYOB, The AAA tour

You make the route, I will pick the overnight spots, we reconnect for evening fellowship (under the Blue Star) and tell stories and lies, maybe patch up a couple of broken bikes.

Devil Dog, going to your house adds 200 miles to the trip (not that you are not worth it, I would love to meet the twins), but once I know where the BYOB is, I may just ride straight through. Or get close, then cheap hotel it, I dunno.
I brought up the subject with the wife last night, and I may have to miss some of the rallies I always go to, but her reaction was promising.

Roy, Port Clinton will be right on your route for your homeward bound trip from BYOB.

I'd like to see the fall Notarally the weekend before Barber - then we could just make a week out of it and do both.

Then follow Notarally/Barber the weekend afterwards and turn the whole thing into one big party. Sort of in keeping with the AAA tour. Or have "The Rivers" gig the weekend before, followed by Notarally/Barber. It's all south for me.

We didn't freeze this year - or last year.

that's what we did this year: right from there to Barber. But we always run into conflict with the Old's Cool...
