^^^ $10,000.00.:eek1 Not driven long enough/fast enough for the visor to cause problems. I know, had the same visor on my 78. May still be up in the rafters somewhere...!:lol3 Much better vans in the 20 Series anyway. Tough as hell and cheap to fix.

Time warp all right....even the Cragars.:raabia When they became popular dad had to buy me (mostly) a new tire machine. Coats 10/10...not good so I only ranted :evil once and he traded for a 20/20.:clapHad to keep up with the changing times back in the 70's.:D

BTW....sold my 78 a few years ago for $200.00. Had well over 200,000 hard miles and but for the rust was running like a top.350 4 Bolt main ...:thumb And is still running, saw it on the road last summer. Heavy mover that one.....rocks,gravel, motorcycles, lumber and then swing down the bed, back to camping.:D

Thanks but with that 3 speed auto it might take a while. My daughter agreed to come much to my surprise so this might be one epic trip .. if she can put up with me for that long :rofl

I wish there were more off the shelf options for Econoline bumpers. That one's sweet, I'd like something similar, possibly a bit more conservative, but I'm not spending the $$$$ for any of the current offerings. Seems like half are more than I paid for the van.

    nice van, congrats :clap

I'm with Hayduke, one day I might convert mine- if I don't sell it until then.

Can't find a picture now, but back in Europe they have, used to have anyway, armoured E350s, and I always liked the badass look- kind of like your van, sans the front bumper.

    Are the tires 265?
