Nice job Evil Clown, being a retired Submariner, I would have liked to have gotten that tag, but didn't know you had put it there until it got snagged. I've been camping all weekend at the Salton Sea out on the left coast.
Sure, he rushes out there and snatches the tag right out from under me, and now he is going to sit on it like Mother Goose. Hey man, you aren't a bird, and it's not a real egg.
Ya well... thanks alot PC...I got one of them pictures of my own. I knew I was setting up for a good brucing... but couldn't help myself. I got my own cardboard wife cutout and one for the bike as well. See below: There was a freaking path beat to the back side of that rock from other bruceing victims like me. shame, shame i say
Nicely done! I wanted to get MY PRECIOUS for a little ride to Baja and the 1000 race, but just couldn't schedule in the grab. Get Mr. EGG south boyz.
Well since winter is setting in here in New England and the days are getting shorter I decided to have a quick turn around with the Egg... So I brought him home and offered him a beer... Seems he is a bit of a Heineken man The beer was really just to soften him up a bit so I could give him a new Tat I also added an ADV pin to his case as well as another Tat.. I also managed to trade some swag...took the bottle opener and left a Cromag 09 stickah then I packed everything back up and headed back out to place the tag again...
So here is your new "money shot" here is a brighter version... My favorite shot...no bike though.. So I had to hide Mr Egg and the bounty at the SE corner of the lot...see the tree stump? There is a wood guard rail to the left of my bike.. Close up of the stump..it's about 6 foot tall on the back side on the ground.. covered up... Happy hunting everyone...
Nice tag there PwrCrzr. I was really tempted to go get it. It's a 2:15 ride for me though, and it's 12:58 am right now. And, Moody's is closed this time of day.
Ditto's there for PC....I need a new gazeteer. AC: Don't forget Moody's Motel...they'll leave the light on for ya. Gingerbread in the mornin, hard boiled egg on the side.
Was just going to leave would have been there in 10 minuets. Oh well ... I knew I should have gone at lunch.
Bruced again. At least I got the flannel shirt I wanted from L.L. Bean. So, the trip wasn't a total waste. Nice grab. Eagerly awaiting next drop. This is becoming a freakin quest for me.
So where was it? Any other details? Someday hopefully the map will get updated and this is currently just a building with a big globe.
Iy's funny, I have drive by this place dozens of times, and never went in, until now. It's pretty cool. This is why Tag-O-Rama is cool. I go to places and see things I normally don't make time to see.
