Taken in May, 2008. The ferry had been in the water only a week and a half. Most of the year, you just drive across the ice. In late April/Mid May, after the biggest floes have gone past they put the ferry in the water. Did you notice the high tech landing they use? And here we are, bikes on the boat
I'm surprised that nobody from England has sussed the double entandre in the title Bike on a Boat. In the UK a Bike is a woman of shall we say easy vertue, and a Boat is rhyming slang for face, i.e. Boat Race = face. Now put the bike on the boat, and you have a 69!
