TL125 super hard clutch pull, "Now What"

I got a 74 TL125, it runs great. I want to set it up for my daughter but the clutch pull is way too hard. I got a an easy clutch but didnt make hardly any differance. Can I put in lighter springs? Has anyone else did something to lighten it up?

I take it you have already fitted a new cable?

lengthen the actuating arm on the cases

Oil the cable and grease the moving parts, it will make an amazing difference.

Not as much as renewing a damaged or worn cable...................

Or putting on a new cable from Motion Pro, an EZ Pull and lengthening the arm.

You can solder /screw a lever extension...

You can solder or screw an arm extension on engine side: I did it on my XLS to get more progressivity ...

If a new cable and lubing everything doesn't work....
We used a Magura hydraulic clutch kit on my wifes 400EX to fix this issue.
Pulls with one finger now.

Probably no kit for this bike but a simple bracket to mount the slave cylinder would be easy to make.

Chinese pit bike hydraulic clutch kit may well fit, and is only about 1/10 of the cost of the Magura ones.

Where do you buy those?
