Ended up going past the same area later in the day while in the Jeep so I stopped and took a pic.

The Zuma of course has 2 headlights but only 1 runs at a time. There is 1 for Low and 1 for High. I have never had a problem with the lights. In my opinion they put out enough light.

BUT...the 1st mod that most Zuma owners do is the dual headlight mod which lets both headlights run at the same time.

Here is a link to the thread to explain it all.

The stock lights put out 55 watts on low and 60 watts on high.

Dayum. You have had some great rides on that Zuma!

Enjoy the pics of the rides. Shows you don't need a lot of money or CCs to have fun!

Yep, 125cc are enough to have a lot a fun. I can go just about anywhere that does not involve the interstate.

Those are the most interesting roads anyway.

That is the same rating as my GS H4 light bulb, except my bike has a 7 inch lens. Those wired to burn at the same time would really light up our back roads.Good for avoiding wild life, both human and animal.

I did the 2 headlight mod. I ride in town and as far as I'm concerned there is no such thing as too much light or too much visibility. Running the 2 headlights helps cars see me in the daylight. I ride 12.5 miles one way to work and mostly 40 mph, which keeps the battery from being strained by the extra power drain. I'm considering doing a HID conversion to lower the power requirements. I still have 1 high beam, but never use it in town.

Really enjoying your thread. I have an old 150 Elite that is in great shape and has similar performance to your Zuma. So much fun to zip around on. People just don't understand how much riding you can do on low cc scoots. I think I have surprised a few people at stop lights, too! Keep up the great posts.

Put her on it.If she don't understand after that, she never will.I believe that is the only reason my GF doesn't say anything about my GS5 addiction. She used to ride the sissy seat.
