What was the reason behind his fire setting?

Locally. Does have collector's plates.

a punk was stealing gas from me and it somehow sparked and a fire started...........

What was his punisment?

probation............believe it or not. Charge was only petit larceny and criminal trespass since fire was an accident.

They should have cut his balls off!
