Ali was pretty hungry by the time I got there. Hungry gators are not to be messed with. I knew the one stop I could make so Ali could get a snack. That is, if the dooms day hurricane folks haven't already cleaned out the store!

Ali is at the base of the tall sign, right under the electrical junction box.

Everyone will be pleased to know that Ali is alive and well. S/he was hanging out at an abandoned convenience store on Rt15, near Aldi called One Stop Food Store. Address on building is 24021 (whatever the actual name of rt15 at this point is) may be a dupe?

This tag will test your Google-foo, or if you read the same comic books as me when I was a kid, you will get the clue easily.
Ali was glad to be rescued from the abandoned shop after weathering the big storm. Having laid low for awhile, s/he felt lazy and wanted some exersize. How about tennis? Sure/why not.
So, Ali is hanging out at the park named for the Civil War general whose ghost can only be seen by the commander of the WW2 Haunted Tank. The man who said: "give me liberty or give me death" can guide you there.

I didn't use the comic book reference, but with the one I did use, the answer came right up!
I also double checked with street view.

I've made clues before that I thought would take awhile to figure out but didn't. I've also made them, what I thought was fairly...no, REAL easy, and had people bitching about the "difficult" clues.

For instance, take the last couple pages of the VA tag.

Ali was miffed. "Where's the water guy? I'm a aquatic gator!" "Sorry, he's not here and the water reference won't help, this time you're dealing with a land lubber," I replied. "How 'bout we run over to a place like that Jiffy Lube concert spot you rested at some time back -- you know, the one that used to be called Nissan Pavillion?" Ali was ok with that, so we did. This is a true RLD tag, one that Columbus could easily find, especially if he looked north, and most certainly by his 2nd attempt.

Caveat:
Sloped parking lot and wet leaves dictate caution on this grab.
