OK, I think I have used up all my excuses,
    This week ......
    I am NOT sick.
    I am NOT traveling.
It is NOT going to rain.
There is NO snow on the ground.
    It will be ABOVE freezing.
    The HELL with working late.
I can drive the car or the bike because both are in working order.
Gave up on the diet a month ago.
I don't have to ask the wife because she is an X anyway.
I don't have my daughter this week. Even though last week she enjoyed the food and the extra attention she (we) got from our HOT waitress.

OK, does anyone have any excuses that I have not used? Then it is time to see all of you at Celtic Bayou this Thursday. Let's talk about the trips we are planing to take this summer. All the farkles we have and need to have. The one that got away. And of course enjoy some good food, beer and company. Everyone is welcome and since this is a restaurant and not a bar, no need to bring the fake ID unless you are an old fart like me and want to get the waitress's phone number.

So who is in? I will be there around 6PM and I will try to remember to bring by ADV sign so you will know who we are.

We'll have to see. My co-worker tore up his leg in a bike accident a couple weeks ago and I'm stuck covering his tickets.

Glad the ankle is getting better. I will probably go for some kind of ride on Sunday or late Saturday. If you have any ideas send me an e-mail.
I think you should send the wife to school and enjoy a beer with the guys. :freaky

It was good to have a beer with you tonight. I came back to check out the thread on the Vancouver Island ride StoneAgeMan is leading and you are right there hasn't been an update for a while.

So it will be interesting when this comes back to life.

Thanks to everyone that showed up last night. We had twice as many people as last week. We had to move tables but it was worth it because we got our usually Hot waitress instead of the guy waiter. There was still room for a few more bikes out front.

Here are the minutes from the MAG.

    1. I think we need to change tables, so we can have the Hot waitress.
    2. How to pack light. - One pair of underwear can last 7 days if camping because after 7 days of not taking a shower who cares.
    3. There is a great place to ride and no one know about it.........You should have come to the MAG and you could of heard about the secret.
    4. TKC vs Anakee There are no winners or losers.
    5 Lights or Lites
    6. Dessert - Hell yes, the brownie ice cream sundae
    Meeting adjourned

For those who did not make it this week you missed out and I hope to see you next week. It is always great to see new faces and of course the old ones too.

Ride safe this weekend, see you all new week.

A couple of us took a weekend ride to mountain highway loop. It was a fun ride. It was a prefect weekend for riding. Only a couple of problems. I almost lost my back wheel. I guess I need to do a better pre ride check. Also one of us ran out of gas a block from the gas station. On Monday, I wondered around Whidbey Island. It is a short week and Thursday will be here before we know it. Looking forward to hearing about what others did this weekend. See you all on Thursday.

Thursday is almost here. Who is in for tomorrow? Last week we had twice as many people as the week before lets see if we can keep it up. Maybe some of the Engel's guys would like a change in scenery. All welcome to join us for some good beer, food and shop talk. I might be riding the Yamaha Road Star if I can get all the stuff off it. It has been sleeping since last Fall.
