To all the Fathers out there - may we always cherish and hold dear to our hearts those snipets of our daughters when they used to take naps on our chests; when their little arms could barley hug our necks and tiny fingers clung to our thumbs; observe their stumbling gate as they learned to walk. We all can look back and enjoy that warm fuzzy feeling we get reminiscing their childhood. And now as we look upon them and see a grown woman about ready to have their own experiences with our future grandchildren - what a blessing!!!
I am overwelmed by this tread. My daughter turns one in a few days and I can't imagine life without her.
I still feel like my daughter's that young and had to wonder who I was talking to the other night, when this 24 year old sounded so intelligent about mortgages, home inspections, and such.

Horses are guaranteed boy-friend repellent. The girls have something with big soft eyes to spend their time with and get lots of attention. The boys figure out real quick that girls with horses mean lots of smelly work and that they come in second place.

she loved it, "especially the leaning part"! Even though we took it pretty easy and it was just a short ride, when we parked her first comment was "wow!" I'm looking forward to lots of "wow's" in the years ahead. d
