Durham / RTP - Wednesday ADVLunch

What happen with your CornerSpin class? I know it was rainy all around here and while grey up there, it never rained during the day, it had the night before however.

It was awesome. Saturday was cut a little short when the heavy stuff rolled in. Sunday was great weather. Class was great and I learned a lot. Crashed 6 times pretty hard. Broke a rib on crash 5 of 6 but it was well worth it. Almost riding again after 10 days anyway. I want to take version 1.5 down the road. Maybe in the spring.

That said, any chance you stopped at SECU the other day to check out another rc51? Guy from NCsportbikes said an older gentlemen with grayish hair and a beard in a volvo stopped and checked out his bike. He was hoping the guy wasn't going to toss it in the back of the volvo.

Yup that was me. My son Brandon works there and I was bringing him to work while his car is in the shop. What all has he done to his? It looked like an 02. Mine is an 03.

Yup it is a small world. Found another connection in that a guy I know from via was at corner spin with Easy and they are work friends.

I should be a lunch on Wednesday, not on the bike. I have some deliveries to make during the day that precludes the bike.

I had planned to be there but didn't get done with what I needed to do on Apex until 12:45. Maybe another week.

I was there - had an errand sort of nearby. It was a nice day for a ride and a nice day to eat outside though company would have made it better.

I had the repaired car still having difficulties and needed it evaluated before a trip. Morning work lasted longer than I figured so didn't get to shop till noon. Sorry I had to m iss eating with the infamous DBDj

I realized this morning that I somehow had missed a day this week. Ooops.

Anybody meeting this Wednesday (and where)? I'm bringing the bike to Capitol BMW for a little work and should be finished by lunchtime.............

The weather is supposed to be nice. If I can get out of the house two days in a row I will try and be there.
