The belt on the Beemer is easier to change than the one on yer Yota. There's also some rubber dampers on the alt.
I think mine has that oil breather tube in the way, but thanks to google foo, I know I need a 19mm wrench and just get it out of the way. I called Napa, thinking they could help me find thebelt, its a 4PK611 4 ribs wide, PK profile, 611 mm long figure thats the industry standard for belts. dufus on phone from napa couldnt figure it out, and told me they dont sell motorcycle parts. so I called advance auto, and the lady down there that always is so helpful found me one.
I broke an alternator belt in '05 whilst in Yellowstone. Stumbled into the service station at Old Faithful Village. Had the kid there measure the last shred of belt left.and match it up. For the next 3 years I ran a power steering belt for a Chevy Cavalier. Lol
yes I kept trying to explain to him that it was a common, 4 rib belt, 611 mm long. I swear when I said " millimeters" I lost him. he must have been promoted from autozone.
Your bike never had an MSO, it had a title. My XR650R had an MSO because it was a dirt bike w/o a title. Show them the title.

its going around Ted. My daughter had a sore throat 2 weeks ago for a couple of days, this week son and I sound like strangled ducks, same sort of deal, itchy throat. Ive been cutting open benadryl capsules, and dumping them in a little bit of water and gargleing that mixture, it numbs my throat for about an hour.
Thanks for the tip matt. Think ill hit the garlic and honey tonight, or go back by the doctors and get some better cough med. I think this last batch was something different, I've gotten that hydrocodone cough med before and after a teaspoon of it im looped!
Im ready for breakfast soon doc! Oh you asked if anything was going on at w rock, nothing I know of except the razorback riders camping and working on trails for the enduro. They've had a heck of a time getting their permit from the forestry service, not sure they have it done yet!
