...there's still snow on the mountains and ice on the rivers Mt Sanford on the north side of the Wrangell Mts, over the still-frozen Copper River. On the south side of the Wrangells, over Willow Lake, alpenglow stains the mountains on a late February afternoon. From left: Mt Drum, Mt Sanford, Mt Wrangell, and Mt Blackburn.
