Oh, that's my fault. I did the search kind of fast and I ignored the toggle for garage "type."

Could you let 6635 Rabbit Mnt know that the 80's have called and they'd like their interior decorator back? Faux columns for a TV nook? Place looks like it was xeroxed from an episode of Dallas.

How can so many folks have that much money and such unimaginative taste? Half the 1M+ houses listed there look like they had a contest to see how much overpriced finish work could be stuffed into a room. 7000+ square feet of built-in bric-a-brac.

I should have lifted the carpet to see what was underneath...OMG burnt orange indoor/outdoor floral with puke green highlight's.

It's "cover up" carpet is actually improved with dog puke.:lol3

I can't agree with you more. I see the most ridiculous crap in houses and sellers often think they can just throw a sign in the yard and it will sell for top dollar. But these sellers? They are on a completely different planet when it comes to expectations. When they first listed it in <cough> 2007, they wanted $6.9MM. :eek1

Classic.. I bet they pointed to some of that gawd awful tile work and said "you know how much this stuff costs? 6.9 is a steal for what we put into it."

I'd consider 2.5M fair for the property, but as a condition of sale I'll expect them to scrape and haul off the offending buildings.

Rick, I always took you for the kind of guy that would rip up the wood flooring to see if there was shag carpet underneath. :D

    I mentioned that to Chreyl...

"Hey! I'm all setup for 80/20 building.. I could turn the entire garage into one uber-cool custom giant motorcycle cabinet/garage/lift/upstairs/downstairs/thingy... make it look like Barber motorsports display room!"

"No you can't order $20,000 worth of 80/20 sticks"
