I hadn't fallen off a bike since I turned 25 in a hospital bed So... somin like 26 years of keeping the rubber side down. Funny too.... there was only one baby head on that road and i hit the thing.... :huh

Many of the roads did just that, but the fact that we were a long way from home, tempered our giddy up. We all had our moments though.

I've got to keep reminding myself how fortunate I am, because a part of me wants to leave all this behind, hop on the bike and head back west with no return planned.
