I had to look this one up. There were FOUR 260 hp. Mercedes engines inside the fuselage. Top Speed was 81 mph. Climb to 9600 feet took 2 hours. And Linke-Hofmann's main business was building steam locomotives! One of their locomotive designers obviously designed this monstrosity.........
I don't know what the aircraft is, but the two radiators lead me to believe that the engine is a water cooled Salmson radial.
