He did. I didn't charge him per lap on the test ride. Besides, he's just mooching the down payment for one of his own.:D

I guess I'm just not as smart as you are and can't figure out everything there is to know from a 15 minute test drive...or maybe the vibration just isn't that bad to me. Either way I want to test drive again 2-up anyway.

It's not a question of intelligence.

Ride it as many times as you like. Just sayin, there's no end of opinions & issues for everything on the internet. If you didn't experience it "live" than it might not be an issue for you to go looking for because you read about others being concerned with it on the web. Enjoy the test (RIDE) :beer

86 decibels is the German sound limit i'm told. There's an iPhone app decibel meter pro - walking around holding it up to the RT, GTL, the C650 is reads 86 decibels about 1 foot behind each exhaust pipe.

my take is 92 decibels is obnoxious, 96 is retarded loud, etc. every 3 dB's is like tripling the intensity.

would a 250 vespa be quieter? - probably

Seat height issue is being addressed by Saddleman leather seats this week
Buster the sales rep. Is having the seat cushion reworked to lower and narrow seat at the bottom,
He thinks this will effectively lower seat 1-1/2 inches added benefit they are installing their very comfortable gel insert
Will key you posted on results

Do you know whether they will modify the heated seat, or just the regular seat? There is a hard plstic piece right in front of the seat, part of the body plastic which seemed to be as high as the top of the seat (hard to explain). Seems like it would be difficult to lower that much??

I really want one of these, and the seat height is too much. :clap
