    OVAL racing. Thanks.

Having never raced, I'll leave whether that's best or not for someone who may have a clue.

Dr. Greg, you are welcome to it. Let me know if you need the full res version.

Mr. Mellow, Thanks for the kind words. I built it last winter. It's been wonderful. In the photo my kids are the driver and center passenger on the bike. This was not staged. The boys had their friends over the house and were putting on halloween costumes. We parents went outside to see them playing super hero - save the little damsels in distress on the rig. Good boys!:clap

I took these a couple of years ago when in Geraldton Western Australia for work. this little gem was in a jewellery store no less with a gaggle of british collectables.Apparently it is ex New Zealand champion.(unknown date). Modern speedway outfits in Australia are usually set up to turn right and compete clockwise. Solos run anti clockwise and the chairs re-smooth the track surface for them between some heats. PS Australia won the world sidecar speedway champs recently.

Of course! That's why I offered it up, Dr. Greg. Please be my guest. The kids should have it!

    Re the Speedway Sidecar,

A few years ago I was a flag marshall for St Austell speedway (The Trelawney Tigers) and when the chairs came out to race we used to move all the flags, corner markers, us and the graders right back as they are complete and utter nutters.

Yeah, too bad for you Greg, you should have payed attention in German class at school :evil ( like I did :rofl )

I say: go for the next issue, even if it would be half as good as this first issue it's worth it's money.

Very good quality paper and pics, very easy readable font ( strangely maybe I find these things important in a magazine :huh ).
I -for now- have just read the short articles, still have to do the longer ones, reading German always takes some time, evenmore so because some of the parts or descriptions are so different from Dutch or English.

    I thought it was a print version......................:norton

Since it appears to be, you'll need character recognition software as well...............
