Google Maps

Sorry if this is a dead horse, but I couldn't find anything about it when doing a search.

So, here goes:
Is it possible to convert a Google Maps route for use in a Garmin GPSMap 478?

Look at my signature.

gmaptogpx doesn't make a route that follows the roads, it will make a simple gps like the Ifinder series do a turn by turn navigation.
